WANT TO SCOUT CAMP?

Accredited travel advisors are invited to experience Camp firsthand with: 20% off our best available rate.

The Familiarization Rate is available for one room for up to two consecutive nights. It is capacity-controlled and subject to availability and blackout dates. The advisor must personally occupy the room and present valid IATA/IATAN, ARC, CLIA, TIDS or comparable professional credentials at check-in. The rate is limited to one stay per advisor per calendar year, is noncommissionable and may not be combined with other offers.

Our standard deposit, cancellation and reservation policies apply. A credit card is required at check-in for incidentals.

Commissions on Client Stays

We are delighted to offer accredited travel advisors a 10% commission on eligible client stays booked directly with Camp DeForest.

Commission is calculated on eligible room revenue actually collected for a completed stay. Taxes, fees, food and beverage purchases, activities, spa services, retail purchases, gratuities and incidental charges are not commissionable.

In order to participate, you will need a signed agency agreement with Camp DeForest. Reservations booked through online travel agencies or other third-party channels are not eligible.
